Our Development History

2013

Company Founded

Genstar Technology was established in Shenzhen, starting its entrepreneurial journey from a small 40㎡ office.

2014

Business Expansion

Began assembling POS terminals using standardized enclosures and sourcing components from Huaqiangbei.

2015

Customer-Centric Service

Personally delivered, installed, and supported POS systems for customers. Launched one of the industry's earliest Android POS terminals based on the Rockchip RK3288 platform.

2016

First Major Customer

Relocated to a larger office in Futian and secured the first large-scale project with a shipment of over 900 units, marking the beginning of factory planning.

2017

Own Manufacturing Facility

Moved into an 800㎡ factory, establishing Genstar's own manufacturing capabilities.

2018

Product Innovation

Won major customers including Luckin Coffee and HuiGuanDian, and launched the self-designed GS-143T and G1 Series.

2019

Strategic Partnership

Partnered with WeChat to develop the Butterfly Z2 Face Payment Terminal, achieving annual shipments of over 20,000 units. Relocated and introduced the S1 Series.

2020

Enterprise Cooperation

Expanded cooperation with leading brands including Nayuki, Foxconn, ICBC, and ZKTeco.

2021

Self-Service POS

Launched the Z1 Series, officially entering the self-service checkout market.
